My current most played game is League of Legends. However I do dabble in the odd game of Fifa, Counterstrike, Minecraft and GTA. Along with gaming, my other hobbies include Trampolining, Football and Road Cycling.
Just picked myself up this game after looking at a few trailers and videos.
Yet to play it though as only just convinced the other half to split costs with me. At the moment you can pick it up for just over £15 and get two copies, so that is about £8 each. Its basically just a turn based strategy game similar to Rainbow 6’s early days. You set waypoints and actions for your team and then let your opponent take their turn. There is a single player campaign as well as online multiplayer.
I’ve had plenty of WoW emails, infact about 5-7 a day across my email accounts, only one of which is actually signed up with my WoW account. Of course I know a phishing scam when I see it but what now makes me chuckle is that the Rift account emails are now starting to seep into my junk box. I can understand with it growing ever popular but its pretty obvious I’ve came across a phishing email when I’m yet to even get myself signed up to Rift yet 😛
Sorry for the recent lack in activity I’ve been on 2 short holidays and haven’t played any World of Warcraft or had time to note down a blog post.
My first trip was down to Newbury over the bank holiday weekend for i40. There wasn’t much WoW stuff going on so not really anything to blog about. Spent most of my time on Counterstrike Source warming up and playing tournament matches. If I wasn’t doing that I was checking out the exhibitions, hauling in freebies or playing Mafia 2/Fifa 10 on my brothers Xbox 360. Had I great time and think its going to be on the cards for another trip down next year.
Once I finished the 5 hour drive home from Newbury and caught up on some sleep I was off to Windermere in the Lake District for a less technology encompassed time out. Went rowing on the lake the first day, gave GoApe a blast on the Wednesday, went for a great walk on the Thursday then back home yesterday.
Had a great time and now I’m back expect the blog to start rolling again 🙂
